This is a gorgeous adults only hotel in a great location.
Friendly and helpful staff in all areas and spotlessly clean throughout.
We only used the restaurant a few times but when we did the food was lovely and with a good choice, the restaurant was always peaceful and quiet.
We had a ‘passion room’ which unfortunately didn’t have a balcony. I did ask if we could upgrade to a room with a balcony but none were available. The room was a decent size with the biggest bed I’ve ever seen, it was also extremely comfy. TV, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities were included. The bathroom was also a decent size with a power shower, hair dryer, heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries. These rooms are situated right next to the lifts, this in itself wasn’t a problem but the guests standing outside our room every morning yapping and laughing whilst they waited for the lifts was.
The pool area is nice but very small and certain parts don’t get the sun till around 12 noon. No pool bar, but there is a telephone that guests can use to order drinks (I never saw anyone use it but we weren’t round the pool much anyway). The pool area is also peaceful and quiet, music can sometimes be heard from the hotel next door but its not that bad that its annoying. As is the norm these days there was always plenty of beds with towels on but no bodies :)
This hotel has its own music lounge with 4 acts a night on plus they had singers and bands on every evening on the outside terrace.
All in all an excellent hotel. We’d stay here again but would make sure we booked a room with a balcony..happy holidays.
