This is by far the best hotel in Bneidorm! Perfect location, friendly staff, great facilities! Days of my trip were spent around the e well looked after swimming pool, where waitress service provided us with refreshingly cold Amstel beers! We arrived in the afternoon, where we were met with cocktails, and shown to our dream log cabins! I would give cabin C-12, 12/10!!! Room was ambient and had everything we needed. Clean sheets, air conditioning the lot!! Hotel Europeo was perfectly located with essential amenities across the road within walking distance. Open 24 hours too!! Sergei who worked across the road was extremely accommodating in the early hours! Quiet nights every night, what more could you ask for?! I will definitely be staying here again on my return to Benidorm, I wish they did timeshares!!! On arrival we was met with a touch of class! Cold champagne or orange juice the manager made us feel at home with his kind gesture of a free upgrade! The restaurant served some top notch food and the breakfast was cooked to Perfection. The pool area was nice plenty of sun loungers and with a pool table crazy golf and games machines plenty for the kids to do!! I would recommend this place for families or a courting couples it fun for everyone!! Wow, what can I can about the Hotel Europeo! Despite all the negative reviews on Trip Advisor, we absolutely loved it! It benefits from a charm and style never experienced within this price range before. I found the hotel to be a friendly environment for the young and old. The swimming pool was so warm I basked in it for hours on end, with a crisp cool Fanta purchased from the vending machine which is open 24 hours. Songs featuring Sol Campbell songs can be heard at 5am each morning which would be my only criticism as a drunken man staggered around the complex looking for his room each morning, but he looked like he was having fun and all good spirited. The log cabins were pristine and romantic. The shower was comfortable and powerful and even for someone so tall as I, I was able to enjoy it! It is all you can hope for when preparing for your evening out. Rooms have a ski lodge type ambience and the beds are comfortable. We met two couples on honeymoons who were enjoying their stays. Perfect location just 10 minutes stroll into the new town. Highly recommend and we will be coming back again. Clean, peaceful, modern, and friendly. Perfect for couples and groups of friends and families. i would not recommend this hotel to anybody. A receptionist that tried to helpful, when you could find him. As for breakfast 1 piece of toast & a little cake, didn't have any fruit juice, only coffee, tea or water. Well over priced. Reminiscent of the Crossroads Motel without the charm - and about as well constructed as the sets! Ref the disappearing receptionist, together with the "restaurant" opening hours which were apparently arbitrary and devoid of logic, this was a major thorn in my side and many unhappy times were spent trying to find ANYONE connected with the hotel management. The facilities were basic to say the least, a drinks machine and a bar/restaurant (which seemed to only serve dried sliced white toast and coffee so weak and luke warm even an American wouldn't touch it!). Ah, the bar. Yes, well, it seemed to be closed every evening and open only on alternative days - but it was open most mornings for what was laughingly called breakfast except that the opening hours were a matter of the utmost mystery. Oh, and there's a ridiculous ticket and one needs to obtain from the (usually absent) receptionist before you can get served your watery coffee and cold toast. The room was basic but not too shabby, although some of the furniture didn't look too stable - in fact the chair collapsed under me - and whilst not pristine, the standard of cleanliness wasn't too bad. It was, however, cheap and without prior booking, I was able to walk off the street and get a room for 4 nights during high season - which in itself must tell you something about the rustic charms of the establishment. The location is someway away from Benidorm's touristy centre - which might be considered one of the few advantages of the place. But if I'd been a holiday maker, I'd have been most disappointed, but it got me a cheap bed, and for that I'm We arrived here to stay for one night and due to the cleanliness we had to leave. Balcony door did not lock so stuff was unsafe. There was cracked glass in the balcony doors, balcony was very wobbly (very unsafe), broken toilet seat, rips in the chair another chair had a big crack, there was stale food on the floor. Dirty cups on the shelf, I wouldn't recommend children staying here due to there being a sex club across the road. When we checked out there was no apology just took the key and walked off. When we requested a refund he refused and got very angry and agitated and told us it was our fault. All in all its an absolute disgrace. We booked a "log cabin" for a night as we were meeting friends for a night out in Benidorm. It was difficult to find, and we struggled to even check in as the reception was locked up and although there was a number to call on the door, there was no answer! I hasten to add that this was around 3pm in the afternoon! When we eventually managed to get checked in, the cabin - which was a shed with pretensions - was actually ok. At least it had air con! The bedroom was clean, but the bathroom, especially the shower was grubby and in a poor state of repair. Thankfully we spent only the time it took to get ready in the room, and when we woke up we checked out immediately. If you are wanting somewhere cheap, literally somewhere to sleep then it's ok. For anything longer for a few hours I would seriously not recommend! Location difficult to find, dogs barking all night and opposite a Sex Club (this was certainly not advertised). One man on reception who disappeared never to be seen again until following morning. Cabin we stayed in was tight, cluttered and in need of serious upgrade. Bathroom very poor. Beds uncomfortable and noisy the minute you moved (didn't dare look at the mattress). Bar only opened with irregular hours throughout day so closed in the afternoon when we arrived and needed refreshment after 90 minute drive north. Breakfast was a joke just toast and marmalade's/jam with just coffee to drink. The swimming pool was dirty with cloudy water so clearly a health risk. Our son and his girl friend had cabin next door, they didn't sleep all night and couldn't wait until we left. So overall a very poor experience, we only stayed the one night to visit the Benidorm palace show which was superb, thank the lord it was only one night. Couldn't wait to get back to our casa some 90 minutes south. Will not be staying here again that is a fact.
