A good location close to the New Town, walking distance to the beach. Also known as the Solana in the Benidorm series.
i stayed there in November, food rotten room basic, pool very nice. it was only £60 pounds more to stay at the flash were i have stayed before, never again will i stay there x
I've stayed there loads of time's had many great day's especially with the Benidorm cast would stay there any time Ocas has been all renovated really lovely xxx
Stayed there twice great hotel clean staff nice pool fab but gets a bit crowded food great only down side is the entertainment more for the Spanish but thumbs up I would stay again
I have stayed here twice now and loved it. We stayed at the Ocas Hotel which is the sister hotel with shared facilities. I emailed the hotel asking for a room at the Ocas on both occasions and was accommodated, this year we had a gift from the management welcoming us back, which was a lovely gesture. The location for us was great, as we needed to be close to the nightlife but not in the middle of it all, so it was brill with Morgan’s being our first bar of the night. The food was good, plenty of choice but only being there for 5 nights couldn't say if it was repeated. The rooms were modern and cleaned daily. We will definitely be booking again for our usual break in October
We booked that all inclusive but when we got there they said we could only get our drinks with our dinner and breakfast, lunch had to pay otherwise !!
Stayed there twice, first at pelicanos and then ocas, great location, pools and staff plenty of places near by to get great breakfast as never up in time for hotel one, would stay again x
Ocas is good hotel Pelicanos crap food lousy stayed a couple of times .good location n pool area .would not recommend it
Stayed there once. They were filming Benidorm when we stopped. Room fine, pool area really good. great location. Thought meal times were a bit chaotic though.
Stayed half board there 5 times now, love it! Fantastic pool and great position for everything! Stayed in both Pelicanos and Ocas side! I prefer Ocas side as rooms are more modern and bigger and have a fridge. Not all rooms in Ocas side have a balcony though! Xx
Sharp Stayed at the Sol Pelicanos last year with my family & grandkids, great hotel, food nice, pool fab but to packed could not get a sunbed most days, they were filming Benidorm so that was great seeing some of the cast, the rooms could do with renovating they are a bit dated, overall holiday was fab
Central..clean..food good .family .entertainment .just about all you need in Benidorm
6 of us stayed there in November, we went for fiestas & our sisters 50th birthday We thought it was ok , rooms basic but clean food could have been better but not bad, staff were nice , A waiter knocked our room door on her birthday with a bottle of champagne, which we thought was very nice!!
All inclusive with me daughter had good time good kids entertainment would go self catering on my own as lived in beni but when went with kids was good not to worry about food drink ect. Good pool good location. Basic room but small only problem was the camera bloke took money for photos and never delivered then to room and he was recommended by hotel.
Have stayed in the Pelicanos for over 12 years. Everything has always been great been all inclusive last 2 years. We got drinks anytime we wanted no charge. I am recovering from bowel cancer and they have helped me with my colostomy bags and all things related to it and can't do enough to help me. I go with ma cousin every September for 2 weeks and with ma husband for another 2 weeks. We always have the same room. Ma cousin needs gluten free food and she is catered for as well.
Good location food not to good room's basic
Good clean hotel friendly staff nothing is to much trouble for them staying there again in march xxx
fantastic hotel stayed many a time no probs at all.
Rooms are good,. food is good,. pool is the best in Benidorm.
My family have stayed in this Hotel at least 14 times, it's the only Hotel to stay the staff are great, we're hoping to go again next year.
Great hotel, but queuing for sun beds is a nightmare.
Will be back there for the 5th time in April , was there Halloween week , have always stayed all inc but ate out a lot more in Oct , found the food had declined a bit in quality , staying b&b in April .Fab location , staff very friendly and always recognise us which i think is nice considering the amount of guests , only niggle is the cost of wifi at 30euro for a week but plenty of bars have it for free (namely Piccadilly a few doors away ) Also , my mum is disabled and needs a scooter whilst there , Amigos deliver to the hotel and you can lock away in a secure gated area of a night .
Stayed there a few times Great food, spotlessly clean throughout. best pool in Benidorm, friendly helpful staff good entertainment group.
went about 18mths ago. they were filming Benidorm at the time. food was good. rooms could do with refurbish. quite small to. light switch was loose. its was ok. good location
Stayed there many times good location food ok great pool area friendly staff now all inclusive as well,
Went to visit this hotel on a recent holiday as the facilities wern't what we wanted at our own hotel..sol pelicanos is very clean looks great for familys the pool is massive and have a kids play area which is a bonus..we loved the look of it so much we are booking for the summer.
my family love the pelicanos. the foods ok and about the same in all hotels but plenty of choice so u would never starve. great staff and most of all the pools r great. the entertainment was rubbish in the hotel at night but the entertainment outside the hotel is fab. benidorm is fantastic whether ur 2 or 102 years old. the only thing i feel is because they film the programme Benidorm there they take the rip with the prices. all in all a good.clean hotel close to everthing
Fab pool but very busy in high season (lots of children there), food was good & a really good selection, Rooms could do with a refurb (ours was really small) staff were not overly friendly but ok! Had a few problems & they did'nt seem to care.
I stayed in the Ocas part and the rooms were beautiful. but the walls are so thin.. There was a spanish family next door to me with small children who 'started' about 7.00 am Not good when you get in at 4.00am.xx
I stayed there twice last year! The 1st time while they were filming * Benidorm* They have two hotels together! for me I recommend the main building! Far superior to the sister building! The hotel itself couldnt be faulted!
