Stayed at Paraiso 10 apartments for the second time in 8 months on April 5th until the 8th and again we had a great stay.4 of my family stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 8th floor and my parents stayed on the 7th floor in a 1 bedroom apartment, both rooms were of a good clean standard. Room deposit was 50 euros or 50 pounds per person, whichever currency you paid in is what you got back. Reception staff were very polite and helpful. We had breakfast downstairs and the food and service was spot on. Lifts were not a problem and we didn't have to wait long for one,2 lifts service odd numbered floors and 2 service even floors. Thanks again to staff at Paraiso 10 for another great stay.
We stayed here for 2 weeks in April 2015 with 2 adults and 4 boys under the age of 8. The apartments were a good size for all 6 of us (we had a 2 bedroom). We paid to use the safe as we were worried about leaving valuables around after what we had read on previous reviews but we had Jo problems at all. The staff at reception were excellent, helpful and friendly and great with the children. We asked for advice on a few places to go etc and they were all very helpful. The apartments are clean and better equipped than some that we have stayed in. There are lots of places within walking distance for shopping and eating, however the hill back up from the beach was hard work with 2 toddlers. Would definitely stay here again!
Cheap and cheerful. 2 tower block apartments with rooms to cater for 2, 4 or 6 people sharing - useful for a 20 person stag group. Apartments are to the rear of the resort but still just a short walk away from the nightlife and the beach. Decent set of pools that are just across the car park at the rear of the hotel. Some of the guys ate at the bar and the food tasted good. Many pubs and restaurants near buy with a small breakfast fry at just 3 Euro.....with a free shot. We also found a restaurant on the Ave de Mallorca that did a great Ulster Fry with real soda and real potato bread. Local bars and clubs sell pints of beer for a Euro, 5 or 6 bottles of WKD etc for 10 Euro.
Room was on the 23rd floor straight opposite the lift fantastic sized everything you could wish for fantastic view, clean, very adequate.....the pool was shared between the neighbouring hotel lovely clean big pool very few sun beds (this really let it down) in total maybe 20 beds for 2 hotels. On reception you will find the most ignorant arrogant old man i have ever come across not that he can't speak English everything is too much trouble. Yes there was a lot of rowdy stag and hens to be honest it was great watching them around the pool enjoying themselves (now the disappointment).....after returning back about 1.30 after a night out...our door which was locked on leaving was open!!! We entered to find the contents of my bag on the floor, the 2 bedside draws had been rummaged through, nothing had been stolen we had a eye pad under the pillow on charge, £200 under the blanket on the top of wardrobe....we were lucky as well as stupid for not having the safe! .....on close inspection we saw that the door had been forced many times as there was numerous repairs to the Frame we also did notice this upon arrival. I do honestly think we disturbed whomever set out to rob us so please be vigilant on your stay here.
We had the unfortunate pleasure of stopping here, whilst the first night was quite it became clear that we would have to be completely drunk to stay in it for another six days, the apartments are ok in themselves but the noise levels from others is not very good, my suggestion would be to go and find a hotel which may be a bit more expensive. On the whole as a family we did enjoy ourselves just the lack of sleep at night ruined it. Also if the weather is windy, the noise levels coming from the windows will keep you awake as well
I stayed here on a hen party. The rooms were extremely cheap so our expectations weren't very high. When we arrived the rooms were immaculately clean, so was the pool and pool area. It wasn't very far from all the night life and the beach was only around a 10 min walk away. The night times were quiet here too. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, I'd absolutely stay here again :) This hotel also has 24 hour reception which is a bonus in Benidorm so you don't have to go on a wild goose chase to find your keys. Staff were helpful and friendly :)
We booked these apartments as a central & cheap place for a hen do. We were expecting a complete flea pit because of the price we paid but we were pleasantly surprised. We requested a 2 bedroom apartment on a high floor with an open balcony & that's what we got. We weren't expecting it to be as clean, spacious or be as 'user friendly' as it was. The beds were comfortable - even the pull out one in the living room, we had a lovely big balcony & plenty of wardrobe space - with lots of hangers! Our only 'gripes' were that there weren't any plug sockets by the only mirror in the apartment, there was only one mirror (which wasn't full length), the safe is opened with a (big) key rather than a code so it's something else that you have to take out with you & the odd lifts are a bit temperamental. We'll be coming back to Benidorm & will stay here again - it's close enough to the beach, bars, clubs etc to walk but not too close that the noise is a problem. Go to Wooky Hollow for food - service is fab & it's good value for money (turn right out of the apartments, then left at the end of the street & it's on the left).
We stayed in these apartments on the 20th march for 3 nights in 3 apartments. Very clean and everything you need is at hand.Staff were lovely and the food downstairs is really good. Central location and close to the nightlife and the market. We're coming back to Benidorm next year and will be booking these again.
