This was our fifth time of staying and it was the same as always very pleasant staff, very friendly place to stay, everything you need for your stay and we will be staying again. You will make friends when you stay at the Picasso.
Stayed here last week!! Have been to many hotels and apartments in Beni this one by far are the best. Yes the apartments are basic , but they are big and clean. The pool area is small but adequate for the 32 rooms and kept clean every day. The Picasso s are run by such amazing friendly staff that make sure your stay is pleasant and are always happy to help and chat. The reception area and bar pay attention to detail with it looking quaint . The food is on par with any eatery in the area if not better as its all home made. We would recommend these apartments to anyone and will now not stay anywhere else. Thank you for having us x

Stayed here for 6 nights 5 the April till 11 th.given a room on 5th floor.rooms are basic everything you need.beds not comfy especially bed settee which was even too uncomfy to sit on.room overlooked the pool which was kept clean.staff on bar friendly, were not to sure on the lady who checks you in thou.its a quiet position,a bit of a walk up to if your not good on your feet.we had enough towels and change of bedding.
Just returned from 11 days at Picasso apartments.it was badly let down by the grotty kitchen. worktop had black spots showing through and the edging trim had been peeled back.cupboard doors where bardly frayed on the corners.bathroom was fine good shower one last thing if you are getting on a bit like us don't go there by the time you've climbed the hill back to the apartment
Booked these last minute and after booking I read reviews. Oh I could have cried. Even after getting of the coach and walking up to the apartment I was still miserable. Once in, yeas they are dated and a wee bit dark but what a size of apartment and they were very clean. We didn't use any facilities on site but that was ok. Yes if these came up again I would go back, they are not that bad, just not modern. They are a wee bit up the hill so thinking on, no I probably couldn't use them
Well run by a good English-speaking Dutch lady, who is very welcoming and will assist in any way she can, should you need help. Guests are expected to pay a 100 Euro or £80 deposit on arrival, which is refunded on departure, subject to no damage.
There is a reasonably priced bar/café on site that is open for most of the day, run by a friendly English lady who serves 'home-cooked' food - ideal for those who prefer not to cook while on holiday!
There are 36 spacious apartments on 12 floors (3 on each) that are clean and bright with large balconies overlooking the small pool with adequate space for sunbeds that guests may wish to use. The bathrooms are modern but the kitchens need up-dating as does the furniture and TV (remote control on hire for 10 Euros per week).
Bedrooms have twin beds with ample wardrobe space and a safe that can be rented for a 6 Euro deposit and 9 Euro weekly charge. Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, and electric hob but no oven. Crockery, cutlery and tea towels are provided.
An oil-filled electric radiator is provided foc, but if you need a fan during the Summer months, this can be hired from Reception. Wi-Fi is also 'extra' for those who need this!
It is very conveniently located, just a short 5 minute walk from Levante Beach, with an abundance of bars, restaurants and shopping nearby. For those wanting to cook, there are supermarkets a short walk away, whereas necessities like drinking water and toilet rolls can be bought at the on-site bar/café.
For those interested in open-air markets, Benidorm has a good-size one on Sundays and Wednesdays. Ask at Reception for directions and it is just a 15 to 20 minute walk - well worth a look around, but beware of pick-pockets who are everywhere in Benidorm!
If you like shopping, take the No 2 bus in front of the Casino on Ave Del Mediterraneo, and stay on it through the Old Town Centre, and it will drop you near the Carrefour Hypermarket, which has everything you may need. There is also an indoor Shopping Mall with C&A for those who may remember the name, along with a LIDL and Mercadona. Bus fare is E 1.50pp each way and well worth the cost for an 'outing' & town sights!
In conclusion, this Aparthotel meets all the needs of those looking for a quiet holiday, ignoring those inconsiderate guests who press the doorbell instead of the light-switch in the hallway when they return late at night!! Although the weather was somewhat unpleasant during our week, we made the most of our holiday and recommend this 'good value for money' Aparthotel.
Room Tip: All apartments face South so the balconies get a fair amount of sunshine, with higher floors better.
